Hey Girlie,

Thanks for thinking of me. I am so not motivated to be on program. Have not gained. And I am drinking my water. Gosh if I could lose 30 by summer i would be so excited. I have been incorporating some protein shakes.

I am loving this jersey weather. I did walk yesterday, I am so out of shape. LOL

Girl, you CAN lose 30# by summer!!! I'm averaging roughly 10# a month -- April, May, June -- just think how good you'll feel for the 4th of July with 30#'s gone!!

I am happy you've found a way not to gain - if you're not on a program then that is a good thing!!! I bought my wedding dress Saturday and go for my fitting at the end of May -- My goal is to have the darn thing fall off me by then cuz I've lost so much more!

Glad you stopped in! Today is OC's birthday, BTW :)

Hey everyone.

I am proud to say I have been on program since tuesday (well my program) I have lost 6#s Yesterday I almost lost it though. I was stuck in traffic for 2 1/2 hours and still had an hour to get home. I was starving. I stopped at like a 7 eleven. Usually i would of picked up potatoe chips or something sweet. Instead I got a beef jerkey. I know it is not the healthiest thing but at least I was staying in my carb range.

I am very tired right now, I am day 5 and hoping the headaches and the tiredness goes away. I am a little hungry but I am working through it
I have been making myself drink 1 gallon of water a day. I feel like I am floating away. My clothes feel so much looser.

Well I am off to read a book and just realax on this cloudy Saturday.

Yeah for you Katie!!! Thanks for checking in. Is that a normal commute for you? I would have lost my mind a long long time ago-bless you girl for putting up with that drive. Glad to hear whatever it is you are doing is working for you.

The traffic in NJ can be horrendous. But I am in sales so I can drive up to 300 miles a day. I love it though. I do know all the back roads. But that one day I was not listening to the radio because I was on sales calls. And it took 2 1/2 hours to go 3 miles. Finally once I got off the exit it did not take me that long. So I was pretty happy about that.

As for me I lost 1.6# this week. Pretty happy about that. Last sunday we went to our friends house after My sons Traveling and there was Pizza. UGGGGGGGGG my favorite I had two slices. But it took me 3 days to get back onto program. But I am working through it. ANd i will get through this demon.

Ah pizza, always my favorite and there just isn't any substituting MF supplements for it.

Hey Ok girl,

Today is restart for me. I do not know what is going on with me. I will be great for 6 days then on Sunday I blow it. My son has traveling baseball. Yesterday we left the house at 10:30 and did not get home until 7:30. And I chowed when I got home. So everything I lost for the week I have gained back. But I am going to start Just a 2 week challenge for myself. And for next Sunday Matthew has 2 baseball games again, I am going to bring a salad and some string cheese. Hopefully that will help me get through my day. So once again I am going to try my best,.

Don't beat yourself up too bad, the weekends are usually my downfall but you recognized and redirected so there you go! Now that you know you might be away from home you can plan. I hope your week goes well!

I am back down where I was on Saturday, Before the big Melt down on Sunday. I just hope I can keep going.... Like I said I am going to do things in 2 week intervals. Well having a busy day here. I will chat later.

I am on day 4 right now. Doing pretty darn good. Just been a little tired. Hanging in there though. Lost another pound this morning, so I am pretty excited about that.
