Just catching up now and realized I write half of what I think about sitting down and writing, so I probably forgot all along to chime in.

You got through it. Just wondering how things were going now.

What happened with mom and dad happened for a reason. You take the good with the bad and hope for more of one than the other. In year's to come those will be memories that you wouldn't have had otherwise.

Hi All,
It has been a looooonnnnggggg restart ! I haven't written since May 12th and probably wouldn't have had much to say until now...Yes, parents are both recuperating and I just needed a break from everything...Yes, a break from my restart created even more of a disaster for restarting today ! Pam ....putting it off just makes it harder.... UGH !

I am glad to be done with eating for awhile...I really need to do a 6-0 for a month. I just need a really good jump into this...

So glad to be returning to the world where I belong !

I'll catch up soon with reading journals !!!

Sounds like a lot of people are doing full fast around here lately. I totally get it, I'm doing it too, but I am keeping a close eye on my energy levels and I want to be sure you do, too. Staying at home all day I don't need too many calories to function - but when I go back to work, I think I might need the L&G because my job is so much more active than my home life. So if any of you full fasters out there starts feeling weak or lightheaded, have some meat and veggies!

Hello Medifast Friends !
I'm back...again ! But sure glad to be with allof you...Had a fast summer, back to my school job in 10 days and back on Medifast starting tomorrow...Had a long chat with my Dr. over the summer and I told him that I DO NOT want the G-bypass surgery...So here I am to prove to myself I can do it w/out that surgery...

How are all of you doing?
Love the new website but have to get used to it !

Congratulations for trying to keep your body intact! I promised myself that if MF didn't work, then I would have lap-band surgery. I am glad that I have been successful and I wish you the best.

Hi again,
My first week was not good, but I'm still here and plugging away !
Trying to get use to the new page !
Back to work on Monday to my job in the elementary schools...I'm hoping that getting back to my work routine will help me stay on track with Medifast !
Today I feel like I'm 100 years old...
My daughter and I got the wii -fit yesterday and the game told me that I am the age of a 63 year old ! UGH !
Okay...time to change my life, like NOW !
