A bump in the road..........
I guess that's how I'll start this post in my journal...

You see, the Girsl Scout Cookies arrived this past Tuesday night....Let's just say that I had a few days of "Temporary Insanity"...I ate 3 boxes of cookies since Tuesday and tonight got in my car and drove the remaining 4 boxes to the dumpster and threw them out....

We have all commented on this and I agree...What happened ??

I was just recovering from being sick, having my supp's again and BANG, I fell off the wagon...

Well, I have picked myself up, and can say I am back on plan today...The insanity (and the cookies) are gone and I am MUCH happier... I know that I won't weigh myself for about a week, but just wanted to share...

Thanks for listening ! More losses next week ! Promise !

Well, It's Tuesday and I am CRAVING ALL FOOD !!! :x

I have been good so far, and have had a bar and water...Decided I'd better get in here and write about it and figure it out...My DH is cranky and never seems to want to do anything lately...Then I think it's something to do with me, and then my self-esteem goes into the toilet and etc.....Feeling really vulnerable, sensitive and impatient today...

I CAN say that whoever is this new "180" person, they have caught my attention ! They and their sense of humor is JUST what we needed here, Ya know?

Anyway, I will be compliant just struggling through some emotional stuff. I am also upset about bills...There just never seems to be enough $$$$.
I try the best that I can and there never seems to be ANY left over to even treat myself to a Non-food item...

I applied for financial aid so that my daughter can go to girl scout camp this summer. They accepted !

*sigh* More later...promise... :|

I know how you feel. Not specifically, but I can relate to those times when everything seems to be going sour at once and you just get overwhelmed. And when you add emotional stress to financial stress it's a total train wreck.

Stick with the plan - food won't make you feel better. Have an extra supplement if you need to - one of your favorites maybe - while you're learning new ways to cope with stress.

Your husband's issues probably have nothing to do with you - men just get moody from time to time and if he's anything like my husband, he's not in the mood talk about it, ever. Sometimes when it's over and he's feeling better he'll fill me in, but it's just as likely he won't. Keep taking care of you and let hubby know you're there for him, and things will get back to normal.

Here is what I have being doing lately and its been working.. When I want that yummy chocolate moltin lava cake from Chillis or a bowl of white rice and/or some bread, I think... In 10 minutes after I eat it will I have remembered what it tasted like? Will I remember or will I just have gone off program and out of kitosis for something that I could have at another time..it seems to work.....Look how far you have come... One day at a time.. we r here for you! Let me know if I can help in anyway...

UHHH UHHHH, Forget the food and shake. I know it's hard , but the things that are pushing the buttons will not be solved by going off plan, the only real cure for the cravings is to shake. Rally savor your product of choice, have a bit more H20 and know that at the end of completing the day that WILL HAVE THE SATISFACTION, true SATISFACTION of peeing a few more pound out :-P

You can do it... I am short on time, stop by my journal for an unexpected update...

I am here, and happy that tomorrow is Friday...

My DH helped me out (TOM is near) and picked up my daughter from Girl Scouts and softball practice..Know what I did tonight?? NOTHING !!

No Laundry, No cooking, No cleaning....Just had a good old nap !!

It's amazing how sleep heals many wounds !!

Compliance...Iffy today...

Tomorrow is only a few hours away !!

I have found that by only consuming bars creates much gas in my body...Don't mean to be crude, any oner else feel this way????

I haven't noticed it with the bars, and for a long time I had nothing but those. It's the L&G that gets me going - I imagine it's the veggies. Or maybe the stress of my body trying to digest the meat? I notice it most with steak and least with seafood - the rest are somewhere in between.

Hope tomorrow is a solid compliant day. And hallelujah hubby took some stress away. I agree that a nap can be really restorative. I had one Sunday and look how great I'm doing with compliance this week! Like magic. :D

Pam hope the day goes well!

As for the gas.....I've not had any problems with the new crunch bars, but have a horrible time with the diabetic bars (now called 'maintainence bars). Just eating one of those causes problems for me and I have to be careful when I have one. I'll be glad when they are gone. ;)
