Hey, I'm glad to see you back too! I think we were doing this at the same time a year ago. Let's not let another year go by and still be fighting to take off these darn pounds!! let's do this!

Hey KM! Looks like we re-started again together. Saturday was day one for me again. I agree with Sharon...let's get it done this time and not wait for another year to pass. I'm ready to get this done. Are you with me?

As Dede would say "onward and downward"! I feel like I am part of a Disney Movie - the 7 Soon-to-be-Dwarfs or somthing like that!

The dwarfs we are not, but the ever so "slimmin chicks" would be good !

Good Morning !
It is Day 5 for me and I have had a shake already today. Woke up at 6:00 and decided to hop on here and write and read a few journals and order more MF grub... (Thanks Mike )

My daughter has a friend sleeping over and they have risen ! Why can't I explain to my 8.5 year old daughter that having a pillow fight while her Dad is sleeping is just not "cool"... I have just been told that I "ruin" everything !! Next, it will be that I am the worst mother in the world !!

Anyway, I will not let any of these things throw me off course today ! I have committed to this for the long haul and will...

I am psyched and will shed 150 lbs by my next Birthday 4/11/09...

HAve a great day all !

Pam :)

Wait until she is 17! They can say things that put a knife right in your heart. Be strong and hang in there. This moment will pass and before you know it you will be enjoying another shake. If ya like root beer, ya gotta try Di's root beer float with pudding and a diet. Can you say YUMMY!!!???

I am so glad you here!! Hi ho, hi ho,!!

Go get 'em, KM!! And despite the 8.5 year old crowd, WE all know what an incredible mom (and role model) you are!

Have you decided what your reward will be for making it through 5 days of absolute compliance? How's your energy? Any headaches?

I'm so excited that we're all doing this together, and I'm CERTAIN you'll make your goal!

Happy Saturday...
I am down 9.0 pounds since I started last Sunday (7/13)and feel so excited ! I

just got my TOM today and have severe cramps but I am not worried about it since I have lost too ! All I feel like doing is resting and will do so...DH is at work and I took my daughter to a friends to swim for a few hours, so now it's my turn !

I am now in the "groove" and will reward myself with a pedicure this week !

The "new" me is emerging...one day at a time !

I am thrilled to be down 10lbs in my first week back on MF...I know it won't be like that every week, but I am happy for the jump start...

I've had my TOM for a few days and haven't had one in months...Hmmm...I wonder if getting back on MF grub helped bring it back ! JOY !! I always think I'm perimenopausal so....

Feeling good...Need to get my water in more...You'd think with this 96 degree weather it wouldn't be a problem, but, I'm in air conditioning so I am not craving it as if I was outside .

Hope this week will stay positive....

Have a great week everyone ! :D

Unca...I'm officially back in a club ! The 10 lb club !!! I will adjust my ticker in a few minutes...

Thanks De De...

Good day so far....Need more water...Watching my Dad today who has Alzheimers Disease and gave my Mom a break...

Did you all ever see the correllation in that we are all overextended and have lives where others demand so much of us??? It seems to be more common than not as I read through people's journals...

I am going to see Neil Diamond on August 7th !!! Can't wait...Have been listening to him and James Taylor for years...

Just got the new James Taylor cd called One Man Band -excellent Also traded in my 8.5 year old Honda Accord for a 2008 as my old car needed too much work...

Got my nails done today...pedicure might be next week...

Have a great day all !

Where is everybody? Seems quiet around here !

Just checkin in with ya Wilson. I have been busy today so I am just now getting a chance to read some journals.

You are doing such a great job this time around. What motivation you have. I am so proud of you.

Keep up the good work!

I am SOOOO jealous!!! I LOVE Neil Diamond and wanted to go see him, but the tickets out here (his one show) were a little more than the budget could afford with our trip to Orlando. Enjoy doubly for me, k?

I love James Taylor's One Man Band cd -- played it constantly (well, ok, not Steamroller even though it is one of my very favorites) during the last weeks of school.

Re: the ol' TOM. Your body stores estrogen in fat cells, so guess what gets released as you burn fat?? Yep, dumps that estrogen right back into your system which can, in fact, wreak havoc with one's cycle. It does even out, though.

Go get 'em, girl! You're almost 2/5 of the way to your mini goal!

Thanks Diana !
I'm down 2.0 lbs this morning which makes it 12 pounds lost in 2 weeks...Wish it was more but am thankful it is at least a loss this week !

I am going to start walking each day for 20 minutes and see if that increases my losses for next week...

Have to go and pick up my daughter from her first sleep over !!!

She will probably be dog tired and I will get to enjoy some crankiness today !

Will stop back here later !

CIAO !
