That's so cool that you have gotten your coworkers excited about losing weight too!

Do you mind if I ask, how tall you are?

Sent ya that PM. I hope you didn't feel like I was nagging you about it. I was just curious!

How great that you are getting your co-workers excited about weight loss. Isn't it so much easier when the people you are around the most are excited about the same thing you are? Team work!!!

I love American Idol until someone like Chris gets voted off. I just loved him. Last year was OK, but the year before was better. I really get involved when they get to Hollywood!

I wish I was 5'9" too.. lol.. I'm nearly 6'3".

I LOVE american idol.. but I'm like Bren, I got really turned off when people like Chris are voted off. I like that this year they aren't focusing so so much on the bad but also on alot of the good.

Hey Kelly wasn't it soooooo cool that Chris's album was released before Taylor's? Not to mention the fact that it did much better too.

OK, Pam, back to your journal. How are things going for you today? I just KNOW that you are 100% compliant. Lots of water too I bet.

True test of compliance...One of my favorite students left me a chocolate covered chocolate glazed donut on my desk !!! I returned from a meeting and there it was !!!

I QUICKLY squished it up and threw it in the trash !!

Phew !! That was close ! I am a chocolate lover too !

Water Water Water....Glub Glub !

Squishing wouldn't have been enough for me. I would have had to destroy it by dumping water on it or dropping it in the commode. You can always lose your resolve and get stuff back out of the trash......but I haven't done that, nope, not me, never!

GREAT JOB! I don't know that I could have done that. Chocolate is one of my major addictions - it was actually one of my food groups at one time. You are making some super strides with your life changes and you should be proud.

As for Chy's question, you could lie and say it was great or you can tell them that you are on a strict nutrition program that doesn't allow you to have those kinds of things, but that the thought was very kind.

I like to call MF a Nutrition Program instead of a diet because I am hoping that it is a lasting change to my life and not temporary like the word "diet" suggests.

Dr. Anderson is quite emphatic about Medifast NOT being a diet...he's actually told me that personally via teleconference call.
