Good Morning...After MUCh struggle and thinking I have decided to FINALLY get this weight off. :cleader:
I am on day 2 with no cheats and it feels GOOD ! :cleader:
I came to this decision for many different reasons, but mainly for better health, and longevity. :exercise:
I will be turning 50 next April and I wanted to reach this milestone with a grand celebration of a great accomplishment. I will also be attending a party called, "Everyone is 50 " and really want to look smokin !

Anyway, I am here and will be, through the ups and downs of this long road...I can't feel any worse than I do now physically, and need a change. I don't have to return to work for 5-6 more weeks and thought it was a great time do do something for ME.

I want this more than anything.....

Really glad to be back :)

It will be one week the Saturday that I made the decision to change my life...If only one shake at a time, then so be it..I want to look and feel healthy again. I that the road will be long and a b%$!@#@! at times, but that's okay. I am now ready for the challenge.

Getting used to my c-pap machine for sleep apnea..Aarrgh :x ! Woke up with what feels like severe allergies...Sneezing, runny/itchy eyes, and congested...Any one else having issues with allergies today?

On plan and feeling good...First test was yesterday when my family wanted ice-cream...It was 97 degrees out and I persevered by ordering a diet coke...Yay me !! :cleader:

More later !
Ciao !

Friday....I tripped.... :(
Have gotten back up and back on the horse again...I made a huge mistake by leaving the house today with no Medigrub. :x
I was really upset and disappointed in myself because I was not in a place where I could just run home and get it.
I made the best choices that I could considering the situation...Hope it doesn't put me back too far...

Saturday...It has been a great day. My sleep apnea is NOT and issue anymore with the c-pap machine. I am amazed at HOW much energy I have had today!! I actually cleaned my house for 8 hours straight!! I know for some of you, that may seem normal, but before I was diagnosed with the sleep apnea and got a machine for it I was ALWAYS EXHAUSTED !!

On plan with no distractions and it feeld good ! No Hunger and much more productive than I have been in a LONG time !

By the way..WHERE is everone around here?? It is a Ghost Town !!

Ciao for now ~

Hi Pam! You know the way to success is to not deviate from the program. Not allowing anything to derail you from your ultimate goal of getting all the weight off. So many of us think we can just toss the program aside for 1 special meal. Well, that isn't true and is sheer foolishness (I've been there and done that, too many times).

Keep yourself on program no matter what. You can do this!

Saturday, August 7th, 2010...
Today is the 17th anniversary of losing my brother Bruce to Leukemia.
He was a great guy, loved his wife Diane and his job as a culinary chef...
He was creative, a dog lover, and dedicated family man.
I miss him so much and will dedicate my day to him by burning up this FAT and staying healthy on Medifast !!
