My first class starts at 8, our stupid staff meetings are at 7:15 and I sit there and glare at my principal the entire time because he knows how much I hate mornings. I want to switch districts just so I can sleep in some!

The weekend is HERE !!!

We had a 90 minute delay due to cold weather and icy roads.........
It was heaven to sleep in !!

Day 6..........I caught the bug...
Woke up feeling like a truck hit me...
Super upper respiratory infection??? ...
Coughing, sneezing, congested, fever, no energy......UGH.......

It seems that some of us here have been sharing cyber germs !

Slept most of the day...Have been able to drink a few shakes...no appetite (which is good, really)

Water...very little today....

Sure hope the scale will still be good to me despite being sick...

Have a good night all....

AW Pam So sorry you are going through this. I went through it 3 weeks ago. And Please take my advice. GO GET MUCINEX. All of my friends kept saying to take it and I was like yeah yeah yeah. Finally I was not getting any better and I finally said ok with the mucinex. LEt me tell you I FELT BETTER that day.

This bug is one nasty germ! I was able to stick to program while fighting it for weeks (still coughing here), I hope you are able to stay on program, too. In all the misery with the 'germs' it was great to still be able to watch the scale numbers go down.

Feel congested and can't stop coughing!!

I actually lost 4 this week as the scale went down one pound mid-week...

I have no appetite but will eat my requirement in bars/shakes to get through...

Can't the weather be a little more cooperative???
I mean really, -15 windchill ?? C'mon already !
