I lost almost 3# after day 1 - it really does help to keep you going, even though that kind of loss doesn't happen literally every day. Can't wait to hear everybody's results after a full week at roll call!!!! We are strong, right? When you feel tempted to break down just get up and sing and dance, like Suzy said.

When we all hit goal we can be in the MF Musical. If we call it that, I bet we'll get lots of people to come just out of curiosity. ;) We'll make enough in ticket sales to pay for MF for all of us for the rest of our maintenance lives.

Hello and Happy December !

I am back here after realizing I could NOT lose weight on my own and just "count" calories...I am realizing through a lot of pain and obesity that this is THE plan for ME. I cannot afford to waste any more time...My back, feet, neck, ribs, and knees hurt and I feel awful...

Not looking for sympathy, and realize I really need to get back here and follow this wonderful plan ...

Plus I miss it and all of you !

More in the morning...

Thanks for reading ! :D

I know I've tried to do other plans - but I always end up back with MF. It works so it's hard to avoid it! Welcome back and healthy holidays!

I think it's all a matter of really WANTING it, and then finding a plan you can live with. Medifast works great, but there ARE other programs out there that work, too. I think most of us have plan-hopped before. The key is picking one (whichever one that is) and sticking with it.

And welcome back!!

Glad you're here with us for the holidays and beyond, where it will keep us from, you know! We can do this, not as much fun as food, maybe, but there's always a bite somewhere close to the food.
Ending weight MF 10/2004: 126
