Thanks Robin,
Had a bad start to what I thought was going to be a
great Day 1 -ON PLAN !
I got out of my car and picked up my cooler like backpack and the whole thing dumped out right in front of me..on the ground....all the shakes all over me......AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay I feel better now...will mix a few more shakes and keep going....
sigh......Thanks for being here !

Oh, no! That sounds like something that would happen to me. Sigh. I still remember the night my cocoa blew up all over my desk at work. In fact, I'm guessing the person who now sits at that desk can probably still SMELL the cocoa. LOL

I guess that gives new meaning to "just SHAKE it off!"

I'm sorry you've been having a tough time, too. I hope you were able to salvage the day after the shake fiasco. What a mess!

I was not on plan at all today. I feel like I'm wasting time here trying to get my head right so I can start. Expert at excuses over here. Meanwhile, (I know, "if only" is a waste of time, but still) if only I'd never gone off in the first place I'd be kicking a** right now. I had to go off to do what I could for my baby (as soon as I was on-plan again, just two days in, my milk dried right up), but now that ship has sailed and there's no reason I can't move ahead. I felt so strong and in control and that feeling is completely gone.

Well, this is turning into my own journal entry so I'm going to go piss and moan in my own space and leave yours alone! But I do hope you had a good day.

Hi All,
I am doing better today and thankful that it is the weekend ! It is absolutely gorgeous outside and the fall leaves are turning beatiful shades of red this year...

Had a great day doing errands with my daughter, who ended up with symptoms of a stomach bug in the middle of the gorcery store...I'll leave out the details, but we are now home and resting.

I hope that you and yours (whomever they shall be-pets included!) have a great weekend !!

Aw, poor thing (her AND you). I hope she's feeling better by now.

And fall? I'm jealous. We were in the high 80s or low 90s again yesterday. We got about a week of fall a few weeks ago, and then went right back to summer (although at least it was cooler at night, for a change).

Thanks DeDe ! :D

I had a "moment" in K-mart tonight...I was in the store with my daughter and we went to the second floor to look at something on her wish list for her upcoming birthday....

Well, we push the cart along and pass the cereal aisle...Okay ask me, "Pam what's the big deal? " I am a Captain Crunch fiend !!! I picked up a box and put it in my cart and kept walking....Yes, without even thinking about it, no less....

Then we are ready to check out of the store , we had added some other items along the way, and there it sat...looking at me from inside the cart!

I said to myself, "Oh no you don't...out you go Captain Crunch"..CIAO !
It is truly amazing to me how such things can happen and not even be fully conscious of them !!!! Yes, it's the "trigger/switch" thing that Dee Dee was referring to in another posting....

So the Captain is back at K-mart and I am much better off without him !
Yeah me !

Have a great night ! Here's to a great "on-plan " week !!!! :)
