Hello Journal..........I agree Robin it IS quiet around here.

Despite what many may say I miss Biki and Jo and all the commotion and fun they brought to the board.........:(

Anyway, I have had a great "on-program" day...Here is what it looked like so far:

9:00 shake - done !
11:30 shake-done !
2:30 L&G salad with chicken-done !
5:30 shake-done !
8:00-
10:00-

I guess I'll have to go to bed at midnight, since it's not good to go to bed right after the last shake, right????

I don't know about not going to bed right away - I think someone told me once that it doesn't really matter, since MF is not your typical diet. There have been a few times I've chugged a shake and schlepped off to bed two seconds after putting the glass in the sink. I like having a meal right before bed, it helps me satisfy those late-night cravings I get.

I am really sad...I found this website over a year ago and now hardly anyone posts anymore...What's up? Has everyone called it quits??? There were days that I couldn't wait to get home feed my family and put them to bed, and come here and read journals or just respond to them...

Please write back...Let's get the weight off and get back here to post ! We can all use the support !!!

Yeah this place is like a sinking ship.....your better off going over the mymedifast1 dot com. There is a HUGE support system over there.

Holy cow you've been a whirlwind tonight!!

I'm doing a horrible job of being on-plan. I suppose it might have something to do with the support here - although Robin has been great, I appreciate her thoughts a lot. But she can't do all the mentoring on her own, right?

How have you been? Going strong? I hope so. I feel like I have this monkey on my back and I can't shake it, I just keep going off plan even when it's not really what I want to do. I have loads of excuses, don't get me started. What's been working best for you?

Hey there. Sorry, I've been a little lax about visiting the folks who ARE still posting. Umm, all two of you. :)

It's fine to have a shake right before bed. Heck, even on my other program, they say it's OK to eat the last meal as late as you want. As long as it doesn't bother your tummy or disturb your sleep, you're fine. When I was on Medifast, I'd go with something like the cocoa if it was close to bedtime. Warm, soothing, easy on the stomach.
