Thanks Mike...I have sent you a PM and am now back on the right track. I have had my first shake of the day at 8:00 and will take it 2.5 hours at time. My daughter has a softball game at 2:00, and hopefully it won't get rained out.

I have realized some pitfalls that I was falling into...Friends at work on Mondays and Tuesdays always order their lunch out. Yes, I brought my shakes each week since school started, BUT chose to order right along with them. The saving grace here is that their offices have moved to a different part of my school, and I don't necessarily see them as much anymore. Plus I'm the one with the mini-fridge and can keep my shakes cold in there.

Secondly, I have another friend who doesn't cook, our daughters are the same age, and she often wants to get together on weekends. No problem, right? Well, she always wants to eat out. I have decided that for now, I will politely say No , and meet her elsewhere, since Sundays at the diner are way too tempting !

Lastly, I can hardly walk without everything aching... Need I say more?
I am off to buy a new scale today too.

Pam, take it slow and steady...You are worth it.

Pam

I am right there with you. I keep going on and something gets me to think oh i will start tomorrow. I am so tired of saying, I am going to do it tomorrow. Right now I am going to do it one shake at a time. I have no excuse why I can not do this.

I hope you have a great sunday. And I will be thinking about you today. Good Luck

LOL! I do know what you mean. I picked up my water consumption yesterday morning and have been 'busier' than normal. Today I had to drive my mom to a doctor's appointment about 75 minutes away--- ---- I made it but was dancing when we arrived. ;)

Hiya Pam,,,,,,,,,

Just checking to see how day 2 was.

I totally understand about the bathroom issue. Tomorrow is going to be tough. I am driving most of the day.

Have a great day 3

Cramps are starting from my anticipated TOM...........

Compliance will be easier, as I usually feel *blah* for a few days and won't feel like eating...

Water consumption needs to improve.........

 Here is to another day towards better health !

Amazing how stress makes us want to eat. I was *this* close to a drive-thru disaster today - I might share the details in my journal when I catch my breath. Nothing like vandalism, just trouble with the kids. Everybody's OK, but a lot of stress was felt by all.

Congrats on the water - I am not doing well there. One day at a time - I'm getting through these first three days without a lot of hunger so I count myself lucky. Gotta get the water going, though - and being home all day I have no excuses!!
