Hey Pam! Glad to see you back! Even if you can't get on a lot you should let us know you're still ok!

How's the weather way over there in CT? Hope you're having an easy day!

Hi again all,
Thanks Skye for stopping by ! It is a crazy day here at work...I'm never at my desk wondering, "Gee, what shall I do next?" I have my shake right in front of me and it is almost gone...

Anyone have a strong opinion about the bars? Haven't tried them yet, but want to !

I found 'em too cloyingly sweet, but I'm definitely in the minority. Most people love them, and some even have trouble keeping to just one a day.

Love them, especially the chocolate mint, which is the only kind I buy. They are sensational. For a girl with a sweet tooth (ME!) they help keep my cravings in check. Plus, they help with the desire to chew something instead of sip or slurp. I usually have a shake for breakfast and then my bar mid-morning when everyone in the office is loading up bagels with cream cheese. :D

Happy Saturday Night All,

I have been struggling again...Have plenty of Medi-grub in my house and every time I start, I eat the wrong thing (too many end of the school year temptations). I have parents of students bringing in food all the time !

They want to say thank you for all I've done for them and their children, but c'mon now....No more goodies !

My DH is at work and my daughter is asleep. I am paying bills on line and decided to say hello...

I have an inkling that once the school year ends, I can focus on me...I hope.... And pray too....

Have a great weekend !

hi! WHat grade do you teach? I teach 2nd and I can totally relate to the goodies!! It's so hard to just give it away or yikes throw it away! How much longer do you have? Our last day was Wednesday- but I have inservice all next week and I know everyone is going to want to go out to eat so I'm either going to have my lean and green then- or part of it or just stay at school and work.. it will be a challenge for sure.

Good luck to you as the year finishes

I'm done with kids on the 12th, but have more district stuff to finish up by the 18th (School Board Presentation -- better than all the paperwork for your evals, though!!).

Great time to start back on the journey, Wilson! My favorite right now is a packet of True Lemon in the vanilla pudding, then refridgerating it -- kind of reminds me of mom's frozen yogurt pie sans graham cracker crust.

Here's to the final stretch!! :buddies:

It's HOT ......HOT............HOT here in Ct....Oh my goodness !

The schools had an early dismissal today and will have another one tomorrow. It's great for MF diets though because No-one feels like eating in this kind of heat !

I had my daughter take my re-start pictures today...My sister in law and I are going to go back on MF again. She has never tried it, so I';m excited for her ! We want to feel more healthy and energetic and Hot !

I know I have a long road, but I'm ready and willing !

CIAO for now !
