Help !
So far so good, except I had two meetings back to back and just had my second shake.
The first one was at 6:30 this morning...

I just had the second one at 10:30.

So would I have the next one at 12:30??

Any suggestions?

I wouldn't fret - - I've had 'late' shakes before on occasion and its not that big of deal (except for hunger). You could have your next in 2 hours or even 3. I would look at the rest of the day to determine which is better and will allow you to keep your meals spaced out as close to 'correctly' as possible!

Sounds like you are on the right track!! I'm so happy for you!

this is just my own experience, from my body.... If I dont keep something in me, my blood sugar seems to dip and then it's tough to keep on top of it for the whole day. Im not diabetic. now did that make sense?? I would have the meal at your regularly scheduled time...

have a great day helping the kids :D

Decided to write some thoughts that happen as I travel this journey to better health...

I was sitting at my desk a few minutes ago, and thought, "Wow, I have to get up and go to the bathroom, again"??? I was feeling inconvenienced !

Then I replaceed those thoughts with,"Well Pam, you could really be inconvenienced when the summer comes, and you have NO ENERGY TO ENJOY WALKING ANYWHERE !!!

It's amazing at how quickly you can change your mind set !!!

So far, so good today ... :D

Just think of it as expelling all that stuff your fat cells are releasing - then going to the bathroom won't seem like such an inconvenience!

Go get 'em!! I hear ya, though. Last year, I was in a classroom that was only 2 doors down from the main office (3 restrooms if you count the one in the principal's office). THIS year, I'm upstairs and on the opposite end of the building!! ARGG!!! Like you, though, I'm trying to find the blessing in it -- think of all the added exercise I'm getting just because I have to go so often!! lol!!

Do you find that it levels off after a while drinking all of the water? I find that I dont go as much after a while.......So I wonder if anyone else notices it? Or, is it just that I get used to going 24/7? LOL I know some people wake up at night to go but for me, that's a rareity. I like it when I do though because it normally means the scale is EXTRA good to me the next morning, :).

You're doing well, girl! KEEP ON KEEPIN ON!

Hey Pam, How are things goin? I am back on plan and even got all my water in and then some today. Are you shakin in your boots? You should be cuz I am sooooo going to win the contest now that I am home and not driving by a bunch of fast food places all the time. ;)

Ain't it cool to know that everytime you "go" you are getting rid of the toxins that your fat cells are releasing? Since I posted that in your journal, I have been more motivated to drink my water. Go figure --- I was trying to motivate you and I took a dose of my own medicine.
