Happy Saturday to all !

Let's see, I did see the student later that day and I just said, Thank you for the treat ! I didn't have to reveal that I disposed of that very "tempting fall of fat and sugar" goody.

I had a long chat with myself last night about all of this (the plan that is) and I decided that it is a decision to be healthier, like you said Brenda, NOt a diet...

I am so glad that Jo gives us her honest feedback on MF and the do's and dont's...We could all be done with the weight loss portion of the plan more efficiently if we all just "Do It" !

I'll get off my soap box now and resume my day !

Have a super, strong, and weight losing day !

Thanks, Pam. I'm used to being the bad guy, just ask my kids, hehe, but it's nice to hear that it helped someone.

Jo's awesome! Her no-nonsense kick in the pants have motivated me more often than I could count!

You're so right, someone asked me today if I was back on my "diet". I told them I've decided to get my health back and feel better, he said "yeah, diet." Not worth trying to explain!

Have a GREAT weekend!

Restart NOW....
I decided that if I can't get going honestly (and can't stop wasting time) I will bow out of here for awhile...I love coming here and can't wait to see everyone's losses...Truth is, I want those losses to be mine again !

I am disappointed, ashamed, scared, and especially frustrated, when
I AM SUPPOSED TO BE IN CONTROL !!! I can't seem to get past the first 3 days...I end up sabotaging myself. WHY ? WHY? WHY?

Well, Pam (me) the party is over...Does anyone else talk to themselves in their own journal????? Anyway, I can close my eyes and recall how I felt 2 summers ago sliding into clothes in my closet that I haven't worn in YEARS !!

Truth is...My DH is out of work and almost out of $$$$. Has been applying to jobs but so far no luck...I am an emotional eater and need to find ways to deal with the stress ...W/O FOOD !!!!

Iam worried sick about him and our life...I feel like a broken record, but need to write so I can get past this phase....

I know I am worth it....I will start praying and take things one moment at a time...

Please take me out of the 30# club...I am starting over....

Thanks for listening...

Pam, I am so sorry that you're having so many challenges right now. I'll keep your family in my prayers - keep your chin up and let us know if we can help in any way. I know the feeling of feeling like EVERYTHING in your life is so out of control! That's how I was when started Medifast last year and I took comfort one day at a time when I stayed on plan because what I put in my mouth was the only thing I COULD control. I hope you can find comfort in your family and blessings and your MF shakes :)

I just hate it when life throws us a curve ball! It can surely put us off balance ... but it also has the possibility of making us stronger. Searching for a job is not an easy task and it can be very frustrating not to mention emotionally scary. :( Be assured of my prayers.
