WARNING :: THIS COULD BE BORING FOR SOME OF YOU !!
I thought I would post all of the things I hate about being overweight so that I can look at it along my journey and remember to never go back !
1) Tight elastic waist underwear
2) Loss of energy
3) Wearing elastic waist pants-in brown black, and navy
4) Having no energy
5) Huffing and Puffing everywhere
6) Being depressed, discouraged and downhearted
7) Having little self-esteem

Sweating all the time
9) Having no energy to take a hike
10) feet hurting
11) No choice in footwear due to fat feet
12) Being Cranky- when I have no one to blame but me
13) Socially feeling like a freak-the staring could
almost kill me
14) Not fitting in movie seats comfortably
15) Having no energy !
Okay I've listed 15...There are probably more, but that's it for now...
The only one that has started to change is the energy piece...I have a little more than I did when I started...
