Anyway...Have a great rest of your day ! :D

It's late but I can't sleep...Since my MF box arrived I feel much more at ease...Funny how something can be like that isn't it? I have had two shakes and will probably be up a few times tonight using the bathroom...That's okay, it comes with the excitement of this plan...

Fall is definately upon us and the days are getting shorter, and darker much too soon ! I am a "light" person and really don't like it to be pitch dark at 4:30 in the afternoon when I'm driving home from work...

I wonder if anyone else here gets affected by the "lack of light" in the fall and winter months...

Time for bed :snooze:

Good Morning !
It is a great day !! I have lost 2 pounds since my shipment came yesterday ! I know it's probably water weight but it's 2 pounds !!

I am so psyched and have dedicated myself to the next 9 months (including this one) that I will lose 100 pounds by my last day of school in June...I know it's probably tough to do...But I neded a goal to focus on !!

I'm off to work and I hope everyone has a great day !

I'm sure you can lose 100 in 9 months. It probably won't take that long if you stick to the program. :D

Katesmom, it's VERY doable as long as you don't taste the flowers along the way, particularly through the holidays. Get plugged in, have a plan of attack and a back up, stay focused, take no prisoners and make no excuses! At 9 months, I had lost 95 lbs and I'm a "slow loser" on this program according to my sister. So, I KNOW you can do it!!

My most successful holiday strategy: a napkin in one hand and a bottle or glass of water in the other.

Go get 'em!! You can do this!
Here's to our mutual success! :buddies: --Diana

Thanks Jo and Diana...
I feel so motivated and the holidays don't really bother me regarding food. I like to socialize and just try to enjoy the people and the spirit that is in the air..I have a lot of stress right now...DH is still unemployed, he's depressed and I feel like I am carrying a heavy load...not to mention my weight ! Excuse the pun !! Hee hee !

Anyway, I have to think of myself and my health at this point !

I started Medifast the day before Thanksgiving and instead of focusing on the food, we checked into a cozy B&B.

Pam,

If I can make it through 13 months of holidays, family gatherings, dinners out, parties, BBQ's, card clubs, and countless trips to the DQ with my hubster, anyone can!

Those size 6 jeans a just a little tight at the moment. I'd better go take a look, too......I don't need a reminder, though. I remember it well, hehe.

Good morning KM. Glad to see your mf stuff arrived. I can relate to the whole 'dark at 4:30' thing. I know that during winter months in IN I would suffer with depression. Not always full-on depression. Just, man I wish I could see the sun sometime over the next month, depression.

Now I'm in Texas and hoping that doesn't occur this year!

Hope you have an awesome day!

I'm proud of you, PAMMY. With your positive attitude and commitment, you are going to make it to your goal of 100 pounds in the next nine months.
Believe it!
