Good Morning ...
I didn't make it here until now today...Had a late dinner with family from out of town and went to bed at midnite...Looking forward to a retirement dinner for a friend from a former school I worked at, and haven't seen some people in 7 years...Should be a hoot !

Being back to work is good...Just very busy and the need to stay organized is challenging...My MF shipment hasn't arrived yet so I am being very careful not to eat high carb foods....Had a few shakes left yesterday and now I'm out until my delivery...

Morning Pam,
getting your MF deliveries down at first is important. It took me a few months and then I had a little back up that helps.

Still no Medfast delivery...ARGH !!!

Well, I decided to call Medifast to see what was "up" with my order....As bad luck would have it...they never processed my order

They were very apologetic and said they would send it overnight express !
How do you tell them that "skim" milk every few hours coupled with bouillion isn't cutting it????

Anyway, I will have an "attitude of gratitude" for now and I am glad that I haven't gained at all this week... I wonder if this has ever happened to anyone here on this forum....

Bless your heart Pam! I am very glad they are gonna overnight it...your gonna feel like your feasting on plan! You have done Fantastic for having little or no product and you should VERY proud of yourself. Hang in there!

I love your attitude of gratitude I know its hard, under the circumstances to feel that way and I applaud you.

I am pretty sure it has happened a time or two but they are they are generally very apologetic and go above and beyond to fix the mistake/problem.

Pam, I'm sorry you've had a problem with your delivery. Sounds like you are handling it well. Are you really just having skim milk??!
Hope your order arrives today but probably will be tomorrow huh since yesterday was Sunday. Hang in there. :hug:
