I'm new to this site, but have a similar MF history to yours. I started back in April and was on plan for about 3 months and then fell hard off the wagon. I tried to get back on a few times, but it never worked. I recommitted on 11/13, and have been doing great so far. I'm now about a pound less than I was back in July, and am SO CLOSE to the 30# club...finally!

I have been trying to get some exercise, but have not been able to stick with a plan...this is my toughest challenge!
Anyway - hang in there...day 1 is the toughest - as you know!! I'm here with everyone else to give you any support you need! I know I'll need some myself in the weeks to come!
