I'm kinda new and know I will need support. I struggle with wanting to eat not because I'm hungry but because thats what I do. I want to change that so I'd like to use this forum to "share" what's going on instead of eating over it.

I hope thats ok

Welcome to the forum, its fine to come here to VENT, type your heart out!! we are all here for the same reasons...to loose weight and do it with support from others who UNDERSTAND!! so come here when you want to eat...when your down and lonley and want to go back to the only thing we tend to use for comfort...FOOD...dont eat over your feelings...come here first and type out whats making you want to eat!! were all here to listen and support you!!

Good to have you here. Listen to Miss Skinny Girl Tami. She has enough enthusiasm and spunk for the entire Thinville Train. Come here often to cry or celebrate, ask questions, or just tell us how you are doing on the program. Good luck!

We are so happy to have you join us! I know that without this board, I would be lost. I come here at least 20 times a day... to read, to learn, and I am working on the "posting" myself. I don't want to be invisible any more. We all have "issues"... they come in every shape and size.
