Lisa you look incredible! As you can tell we are all so happy for you!! You are on these boards every day offering encouragement to many of us and for that I thank you! You are a living testament to not only your advice, but to the fact that Medifast works!

Your dedication is really showing!! Way to go!

I had just posted in the weight room and asked if you were going to post some "during" pics and then found this. WOW!! You look like a totally different person! You are doing great...I'm soooo happy for you!!

I was gonna put some cheerleaders with pom poms here but can't get the emoticons to work for some reason, so you'll just have to imagine an overweight, middle aged woman jumping up and down and yelling "yaaaay Lisa!!" :lol:

Oh, Lisa, you look so amazing, it's truly remarkable! It is very obvious and very awesome and you look significantly smaller!

I do understand about the fear that it isn't so noticable, though, as I go through that all the time. I assure you, if anyone says they can't tell, they're either blind or lying. :-)

Congrats, mazel tov, felicidades, and any other cheers word you can think of! You deserve much success and happiness, as you've been a tremendous supporter and advocate on this website.

Thank you all for your wonderful responses it really made my day! I don't know if any of you can understand this but even though I can look at the pics and yes tell some difference it is still hard to believe that this is actually happening. I have struggled with my weight for years and years and never thought that I would be able to win this war but then Medifast came along and it is like my whole attitude has changed and for the first time in my life I have hope and I know that I know I can do this.

Thanks to all of you for all your support and encouragement. I could not do it without you!

As a side note I was wondering if any of yall noticed your hair growing faster? I have been trying to grow my hair out for years and it seems that since I started Medifast my hair is growing like wildfire!( no fire comments from those of you who know about my latest litle mishap with my yard!)

You can totally tell a difference. Your face is so much thinner. Good for you for being so disciplined~you deserve that weight loss. Unlike me, I end up cheating~maybe I will finally do something about it one day. You look amazing!!!!! You are truly an inspiration.

Lisa, you look positively amazing! I'm only sorry I've been busy this week and didn't see your new pictures sooner...seeing your updated photo but a huge smile on my face!

You have been amazingly dedicated and such an inspiration to all of the new people who have started since you, Joyce and I started. You should be so proud of yourself. I think so many of us know what it's like to struggle for so long, but you are finally doing it and doing it beautifully. Yes, it is hard to believe, but it IS happening and YOU are the one doing it! Congratulations! I cannot wait to see your continued success.
