thanks JeepGirl! I am still so thankful I found this forum & was so very inspired by all the Studio photos. That is what really decided me on trying Medifast, and wow, I have not been let down. Such a great plan. When I started I thought I wouldn't be able to survive on such low calories. I am constantly amazed at how great I feel on Medifast. Again, thanks to all of you on this forum! :goteam:
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !
