Making the decision to get Healthy

Postby NE gal in South » March 22nd, 2005, 2:26 pm

was the most difficult part for me. However, once I made the decision and stuck to it faithfully, the flab has just melted away. You too can do it. I have lost 135 lbs. since June 18. I have 25 lbs. to go to reach my goal.

Thanks for the tips

Postby Wildrz412 » March 29th, 2005, 7:23 pm

I was wondering about exercise because of the low caloric intake. So I am glad I asked. Hm do I detect other lawyers in the forum? Gov. lawyers?

Yup, I'm a USG lawyer, and this forum is just flooded with other lawyers-- some in companies and some in firms. Heck, we should all quit our jobs and start our own firm! I think "The Law Offices of 24KaratGold, Sylvia, BK, Raederle & Wildrz412, LLP" has a nice ring to it.

Wildrz412 ~

There are a lot of posts regarding exercise - do a search for them.

You are only in the beginning stages of your weight loss program and it is much too soon for you to begin a serious exercise program yet.

Read your Quick Start booklet regarding exercise and then do the 'discovery' here on the website using the search button at the top of the page.

Look up there at the top, it looks like a magnifying glass...you can find a wealth of info when you dig around.

So good to know

Postby Wildrz412 » March 30th, 2005, 6:45 pm

Well I have to say that I was in a total slump no energy and in a feeding frenzie (sounds familiar). And after I started I got this power surge, but was not sure if it would be ok to start "sweating". Now I know to pace and take it easy.

I read the forum often, and agree with others that when feeling a little pity for myself, it helps to snap out of it! Keep up the good work!
