went to my dr. this morning for the ok. all vitals are good!:)
BUT i weigh more then i thought isn't that always the case!?
so i am starting at 166 pounds
I would like to be 130
i started out with a cupcake(i didn't get my order in until late morning.)
then i had my coffee
then oatmeal
a bar
shake
shake
60 oz of water so far for the day
then ill have some soup later and i guess thats it
tomorrow i will start off WITHOUT the cupcake.
