Hi all - After 5 full days I have lost 13 pounds. I have followed the guidelines - right down to measuring 1 tablespoon of sugar free creamer - in my coffee. And I was so glad to read low sodium chicken broth was allowed. It has been cold here in Oregon this week!!

As this is now the week-end I was wondering if I should get anxious or not as that has always been my slip-up time. But I have no desire to go off the program. I have more energy then ever. And I do plan to take a bar to Church tomorrow as the service falls within my daily"bar time."
