If you are hungry, please know that is is perfectly fine to have an extra SHAKE or two and it will not slow down your weight loss. It is always better to have an extra shake than it is to go off of your program.
These first few days ARE hard. BUT…you’ve done hard things before and you survived. You can do anything for a few days, right?
Sometimes we must just go hour by hour. Nothing tastes as good as tin feels. I know!
Be sure to drink all your shakes, drink all your water.
Do NOT skip a meal.
