You are really doing good. You are going to make a fabulous role model for me to follow. Today is my first day on Medifast. So far, so good. I noticed that we are from neighboring states. I live in Owensboro, KY. which is about an hours drive from Evansville, IN. Do you live close? :stroll: Maggie

Thanks for the nice words Maggie and Tim!!

I live in the Indianapolis area, which makes me 3 + hours away from Owensboro! So I'm not close! :(

The first few days on the program are the hardest--if you can make it to Day 5, you got it made in the shade!

Remember, we are here for you!!

Day three

Postby Nancy » November 30th, 2003, 10:11 pm

Maggie ~

Today is Day # 3 - How ya doin' so far?

Didja have all of your water?

Are you a Starvin' Marvin?

If you are hungry, please know that is is perfectly fine to have an extra SHAKE or two and it will not slow down your weight loss. It is always better to have an extra shake than it is to go off of your program.

These first few days ARE hard. BUT…you’ve done hard things before and you survived. You can do anything for a few days, right? ;) ;) ;)

Sometimes we must just go hour by hour. Nothing tastes as good as tin feels. I know!

Be sure to drink all your shakes, drink all your water.

Do NOT skip a meal.

We’re here for you. These first few days are critical to your success and we want you to know that we are just an email away. :stroll: :stroll: :stroll:
