Here is me before and after my 68 lb. loss. I started on Jan. 1,2005. I still have a lot to go..but I'm on my way...

Judy~~look at you, you HOT MAMA! You are a beautiful lady. In the 1st picture your expression is a woman who feels defeated, :wallwall:

but in the 2nd picture your expression is a woman high on life and beaming with JOY. :yippee:

You should be so proud, Judy. You look amazing. Thank you for sharing. It is soooooo inspiring and encouraging.

Thank-you all...for your support and encouragement it really means a lot and gives me more strength to carry on.....We are together quite a team !! :goteam:

Can you imagine all of us together ......we need a rally somewhere..all of us waving goodbye to that fat forever !! :wavie:

You are a hard worker and the work you do is stressful and demanding.

Now you are getting a handle on how to deal with it in non-foody ways.

How special for you and your family to be able to enjoy the lake and camping now that you are healthy and happy!

You will be taking hikes and dipping into the lake this summer.

Your blue dress is a perfect color for you and I like the way it shows your slimming hips.

Your face and neck are lovely – the chins are gone forever! When mine began to melt away I couldn’t believe it. I thought they would be there forever.

Isn’t this cool?

You have worked so hard and we are proud of Judy Girl!

Judy, I just keep coming back to this post and looking at your transformation. I love the happiness I see on your face. I am just sooooo happy for you.

I noticed in the 1st picture you are sitting next to a camper. We have a camper also and I love to go camping and trout fishing with my family. We go several times each year. As a matter of fact, I have that same table you are sitting by.

Nancy is right, just think how much more you will be able to enjoy your family outings so much more.

Again, THANK YOU. You are a special person. Seeing your success has just made my day, and reassured me that I can do this.

I wish I was with you when your friends and relatives see you for the first time since you lost the weight.......you will probably shock them..... :-P

Before you know it, you will be like that advertisement on TV, where they say "I'LL HAVE WHAT SHE IS HAVING"..... :guzzle:
