Hang in there. Drink water. Do something to keep your mind busy.

Like Mike said, water, water, water. When I was 5-0'ing it it was not unusual for me to have 2-3 drinks in front of me. I drank water all day long without taking a break unless I was asleep. I also drank herbal or green teas a lot. The warmth made them filling. Find a really rich one, like Bengal Spice from Celestial Seasonings. I always had a selection. If you find the right tea for you, they can be very satisfying.

Hang in there! You CAN do this!

I hope today is going better for you. When the scale is not co-operating focus on your compliance. Be proud of the days you stayed compliant and know that your body is just taking time to adjust and respond to the healthy changes you are making. If you are like me once you get a few more compliant days behind you, you will stop having those foody thoughts. Biki's suggestion of the flavored teas helped me in the beginning as well as spacing my meals 2-2.5 hours apart.

I work from home so I'm home alone all day too. Even now, over 100 days into the plan I still come here and read posts whenever off plan foods start to creep into my mind. I can relate to the thought "no one will know." Truth is, someone will know. You will know. Just remember how proud you are of your compliance and the results you've had so far. You can do this and you'll be so proud of yourself once you've overcome these hurdles.

Hang in there! We are here if you need to vent!

Hey Brooke, I didn't hear from you over the weekend, how are you doing? Were you able to handle the temptations? Still ok with MF?

I handled them, with much difficulty and little support from my evil husband who I wanted to sucker punch a few times over the weekend. It didn't get me anywhere and I'm a little ticked off about that. Not only did I still not lose any more weight, I have GAINED BACK a pound!! What the frick is going on?? Maybe I"m not drinking enough water, I don't know.

Stupid North Carolina!! Thanks to that state I got a nice little stress surprise in the mail today. Dh and I both used to be active duty military (now just dh is). Well, I get a letter in the mail today from the NC dept of revenue saying " we don't have a return on file for you two from the 2004 tax year and if you haven't filed you either have to file and pay the penalties or if you weren't required to file you have to provide documentation of why you weren't required to file and an explanation."

Well duh, we were AD military stationed there, we weren't residents of the state so we don't pay taxes to you, we pay taxes to our home states!!

Regardless, now I have to go digging up all our 200 friggin 4 tax info and make copies of it, write a letter, and mail it all off to them. Then one of our W-2s from that year was missing and I had to turn the house upside down to find it, that was fun. What a mess!

Ok rant over. Thanks for listening. Stupid state.

Oh goodness, I hope that CA and AZ don't come back and tell DH and I that. He still has his residency in CA and I am AZ.... Oh the horror's if it comes back to us... Stupid military and not working with state taxes sometimes.... I hear ya on the rant. Glad that you are back on track. :D

Thank you all!!

I am doing better--still on plan, and a lot less frustrated. I am losing again, which is always a plus. :D I broke the 164 lb mark again today--I'm at 163.5, but I've done that once before and it didn't stick. I'm hoping this time it sticks and I keep moving down.

I did some trading and yesterday I got all my traded items in, so I can't wait to start trying them today. I'm pretty excited about that. It almost feels like I have a whole new order!

Well, off to update my ticker.

Woohoo!!! Still losing. Another lb today.

Last night I decided to check out the meatless options, and I think I like that better than the meat! It was sooooooo good! I can have CHEESE!! (I LOOOOVE cheese.)

WUWU! WTG Brooke! dh STILL hasn't taken the candy to daycare and now it is looking me in the eye. I draped a towel over it so I wouldn't see it.... Out of sight, out of mind. Right? Anyways, I hope that you have a wonderful weekend. And don't forget to change your clock on Sunday ;)
