Thanks Lara and Biki,
I the MF Fairy has been standing on the scale with me

I went up a bit, but I think I'm coming back down. Hope, hope, hope.
It's hard trying to figure out my starting weight - should I go by the scale at the doctor's office or my scale at home. Also, like many, I weigh less when I jump out of bed and seem to creep up as the day goes on by as much as two pounds. So when I hit the doc's, it's up from the morning anyway.
What do I do? Don't know . . .
It certainly takes away from the excitement when you see what might be a drop and 10 minutes later it's either smaller or completely gone.
Oh, well, things should start moving a little faster without the grains. Does this mean I'll have another adjustment period?
BTW: Got a couple of boxes of the eggs from the doc's. I'm still learning to fix them, the first attempt came out gritty - just like you said, Nancy. However, this morning I used the whip feature on my blender and they came out nice and fluffy. Looked just like the "real" thangs. I don't quite have the taste down, yet, but I haven't given up on them - especially since they were "free."
