Jlaman79 Before and current pics

I've sent my pics off to UncaTim so they should show up here soon.

The first pic in the pink and black sweater was my work pic for my ID tag.
I had started MF the week before and weighed about 285 in this pic. I had been at the river for Memorial Day weekend, hence the tan.

The second pic was taken last week, also at work, for our display board.
I saw a big difference and was shocked at how sad and heavy I looked in the first pic.

I'm sending a pic of my family at Christmas to be added here soon. Happy Holidays from the Laman crew. Sorry there's a blurry spot, there must have been a smudge on the lens cause it's on all the pics we took. We are all looking in different places because there were 3 people taking pics!
