Well, I started Medifast yesterday and although it's been a rough 1 1/2 days, I'm fully committed to reach my goals!
I'm hoping to achive my goal in 2 phases w/a 4-day break in between. No way I can stay on this diet while I'm in Vegas for 4 days...haha.
Starting Weight: 272 lbs
Phase 1: 19 Jan - 14 Mar (8 weeks)
Goal: 240 lbs
Phase 2: 19 Mar - 24 May (9+ weeks)
Goal: 215 lbs
I would like to incorporate weights into my workout program at some point so I may transition to something other than Medifast for Phase 2, but regardless, I think getting to 240 by 14 March is the most important goal at this point!
