Good luck to you. I am sure you can do it. I was here before and lost over 80 pounds. I have put some back on so back here to take it off..
I no for me I feel great when I am on this and can see the loss. So hang in there. Write when ever you need to
it is quiet in here any more
when i did this before there were tons of people that were here and wrote all the time..
