I just noticed my own ticker. Yeah I'm a dork. It says 69 pounds to go. So that would mean I am past a third of the way to goal. I like the sound of "I have 69 pounds to lose" as opposed to "I am 100 pounds over weight" That is so cool.

I need to keep a non weight loss journal. I am so bad about keeping a journal for my kids. They say and do things sometimes that crack me up and I need to remember.

well well enough about them and more about me. HA. I bought a new scale yesterday with decimals. Tom was joking that I should get it to prove that the old scale rounded up all the time. Well guess what, it didnt. It is also saying 1 pound more then the old one, or kind ofl ike that. So now my scale obession is weighing myself on one then the other. Like thats mentally healthy. This morning on the old scale I was 225 but on the new scale I was 225.8 which in my book is 226. We had family breakfast at school so I never had my MF this morning and did some running around and didnt get my first MF until I had been up for 2hrs. oops. So I went in to change back into my lounge clothes (always wear them when I am home and doing housework) so I thought "well best check the scale again since I am 90% naked" This time one was 225 and the other was 226.4. I am going to drive myself bonkers with this. I pray that I stay on track so that Sunday at weigh in I will have a good loss to report. The only obsical right now is our trip to Plattsburgh Saturday. It is going to be a long one and mean eating my L&G out.

Ok looking at my ticker again. How cool will it be to see 50 pounds to go?? I started with over 100 to go and soon it will be just 50. That excites me.

How exciting INDEED that will be!
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Start Weight 326.7 ~ My short term goal will put me at 250!

Started June 19th 2008. First Mini Goal 76.7 pounds.

I did my roll call weigh in today because I knew we were eating out. Tho I did make a fantabulous choice and had grilled chicken and tossed salad at 99 it does contain the dreaded sodium. I got home and changed my clothes. I was up 5 pounds...INSANE. Normally at that point in my day I am up 1 or 2. I know to expect it now when we eat out and know it will take me a day or two to get past it.

SO. My weigh in this morning??? 224. Yes I said it 224. That means I have now lost 38 pounds. Not only is that 3 more down from my ticker but in all honesty with my HUGE flub and dinner with inlaws last saturday I am down 9 from last Sunday.

Yeah, but think of all the exercise you're getting hopping back and forth between the two!!!
It's like step aerobics, lol.
