Right now we are both at 33 lost unless you jump ahead again. I am just going by your ticker. But seriously if you just took a month off we could be the same weight, lol.

I am still craving that dip. I am refusing to go off plan tho because I am losing. Tom thinks I should set a point where I will have a planned cheat. I cant decide what that would be. I really want to lose 50 by my birthday.

When is your birthday? I know alot here frown upon planned cheats but I think that as long as you do it and not go hogwild, then get right back on plan then it is ok. I realize that any sort of cheat will make me slow down but I have chosen to do it twice and I dont feel guilty for it at all. I have come to the conclusion that the planned ones are MUCH better than the unexpected slip-ups cause I always have guilt with those.

I can tell ya know..when er go to Park Grill on Fri night I am having their Pecan Chicken it is awesome and I have it 3 times a year up there so I intend to enjoy every bite. Now I wont have the roasted potatoes this yr or the bread but the chicken I will love!

My birthday is October 23rd. It gives me 6.5 weeks to get down 17 pounds.

I think if I didnt have planned cheats I would get more upset with myself when I did cheat. I would beat myself up too much.

I had put 50 as my goal for my birthday and if not then 2 weeks later on my nephew's bday which is when I will see my family again.

Today is the first day of school. WOW did 7am get earlier?? I felt rushed today because I wanted to get myself ready too so I could go in and talk to C&E's new teacher. Normally I dont get myself ready until they are gone so it was hectic. I managed to suck down a shake while I was getting ready. I feel bad for Caleb he was very stressed over how big his pants were. I'm considering getting him a couple pairs of size 5 pants even if they only last half the year, the size 6 pants arent worth the fight.

None of this has anything to do with my weight loss. I was 229 again today which is cool, I was kind of afraid it was a fleeting thing and I would be up today or something. Tom is working late tonight so I might just do 6&0 because I told the kids I would make them homemade mac&cheese before football practice....that I cant eat. I havent decided tho, I might get a salad.

I thought the same thing when school started here! lol

Do the jeans not have the adjustable waistband? All the kids jeans here do now and they are AWESOME!. Eli's fave are Gap and Old Navy. He is 9 but is tall/thin so he wears a 10/11 length but could wear a 6/7 in the waist! yea he takes after his Daddy!

Grr I hate when my computer refreshes.

My kids go to private school so they have uniforms. I found a great deal on dress pants but they werent adjustable. I just ordered new size 5 for him. He is not a tall child, not heavy either. Jarod and Em have the problem with being too tall and thin so last year I got him the adjust ones from Osh Kosh. I just didnt want to pay more for the adjustable so I thought we would be ok with size 6. When he got home they were falling down.

LOL he asked for a belt but that is even more stress. He is the type of kid that frustrates easily and I really dont want to deal with having to teach him how to do a belt. Today he is wearing the same pants (size, style, company etc) and says these ones are perfect. DUH they are the same as the ones yesterday.

I went a bit crazy yesterday 'cause of the quiet. Today I am watching my friend's 4yr old. I told her I would take him on Mondays and Fridays. Normally it will be just after he is done with preschool but since it hasnt started yet today is a full day. He will keep me company.

Downside to my rings being loose now...I lost one of them. I take it off when my hands are wet because I was getting excema under it now that it is loose and rubs. Well last night I washed out my shake cup and then took off the ring. Now I cant find it. It is my 3 stone diamond that I wear on my right hand. I looked everywhere.

Still holding at 229

Well still no ring. Tom and I made a deal today. If I stay on program 100% no straying from now until Oct 12 and also walk 4 days a week he will buy me a new ring. I was just joking with him and said I should get $100 towards the ring for each of those days. He didnt agree tho. I brought my wedding set in today to be sodared together. The third ring has been bugging me because it spins. I havent been able to wear the 3 together in many years. So it will take 3 weeks to get that back and then 4 weeks before he will buy me a new one. But it is certainly incentive to get my butt on the straight an narrow. I guess it will be very possible to get to 50 lost by my bday.
