Oh Girl! I am super picky and just found that most of the meals are not for me..here is my day
6:30-Shake
9:30-Shake
12:30- Either Shake or L&G if we go out for lunch
3:30-Shake
6:30-Shake or L&G if none at lunch.
8:00-Snack--either crisps or a pickle
9:30-Shake
So I am a total shaker so to speak..I have no trouble with it and it seems to be working fine for me!
