At the rate I am going you are going to be waiting for a long long time. Then again you set your goal lower then mine by 15 pounds I think. That might help.

I am sure it will help! You are doing great and hopefully there will not be anymore setbacks with not getting supplies on time. I have learned to always have a few boxes of shakes as backup lol

Well right now I have 13 boxes of shakes in the cupboard, lol. I bought 13 then got ones in the mail from a trade the day after my stuff came in. I am doing 4 shakes and a bar right now. It is so much easier to me then anything else. How lazy am I? I would rather have a shake because it takes 30 seconds to make as opposed to one of the other MF meals that take 60 seconds.

Oh Girl! I am super picky and just found that most of the meals are not for me..here is my day

6:30-Shake
9:30-Shake
12:30- Either Shake or L&G if we go out for lunch
3:30-Shake
6:30-Shake or L&G if none at lunch.
8:00-Snack--either crisps or a pickle
9:30-Shake

So I am a total shaker so to speak..I have no trouble with it and it seems to be working fine for me! :D

I havent journaled in a while now. I have talked to people thru PM and it helps me to get things off my mind that I would normally journal.

As of this morning I am down 28 pounds. I had originally set the goal of being at 30 down by DH's bday which is tomorrow. I will be close but not exact, which is ok with me. I have reached almost every goal I have set for myself, I guess for now I am just setting the goal of sticking to plan. I was thinking today that I am close to having lost more then DH did. That could be a goal. He lost 29 - 34 because he fluctuates between 182 and 187. So next goal is 35 pounds which means I have lost more then him. Someday my goal will be to weigh less then him.

Go Jenn! Btw I'm going on the almost all shake thing too.. except that I'm keeping the pudding! I'm a lot more easy going about the pudding than some people though. I like it when I take the time, but if I really want pudding I'll just shake it and eat it. yum.

I still do a bar every day too. The shakes just seem so easy to me. How lazy is that? I dont even want to take the time to cook soup or oatmeal. The shakes I make in the bullet and in 30 seconds I am ready to drink.

LOL I just PMed it to you. I bought him a new mountain bike and a helmet. His friend is really into mountain biking and Tom was before kids. So I had his friend pick it out, I paid for it and had it shipped to the friend's house to be put together and stored. The kids love riding bikes thru town but Tom has had to run alongside because he doesnt have a bike. They wanted to get him one.

I am feeling very medifast-y right now. Shaking all day is so much easier. mix it, drink it and dont think about it.

Today was my husbands birthday. I have to admit I didnt stand my ground, I had cake. I'm over it though. I went for a walk with the kids today (they biked) and it was just over a mile. We surprised DH with his new bike at his friend's house. Before we left I decided to try on my wedding band and engagement ring. THEY FIT!!! For the last two years I have been wearing just one band that we exchanged a couple years after we got married (DH lost his first one). My real one is a band and engagement ring soddered together. They havent fit for so long and now today even after sweating and getting all swollen on my walk they were still fine!! I cant wait until all 3 fit together, the set and the additional band.

He did have a great bday and then today went shopping for new jeans, running sneakers and regular sneakers. At one point I said "this is like the birthday that never ended" My sister treated for lunch today for the bday too. Unfortunately she picked olive garden which Tom and I were dreading. There is not much there that is healthy to eat.

The bike was a HUGE surprise. He parked infront of the house so he didnt even know we were there. He walked up the driveway and saw us and was confused. He loves the bike and made arrangements to go out on some trails tomorrow with his friend. When you guys are ready to buy bikes let me know and I will fill you in on what I have learned.

So this week is my kidless week. It is already too quiet here. We ate out twice today but I did L&G for both. I was annoyed at the Levi outlet today when I realized that the biggest size there was a 16. Tom was all "buy some stuff" Had to let him know that his wife is still too fat for regular stores.

Day 1 no kids. MAN was I bored. What a quiet day. I was like a puppy who had been locked up all day when Tom got home. I begged him to bring me out so we went to VT and got him some stuff for biking and I got new bras. We went out to dinner. I was so proud of how well I did. Tho I did cause a tado asking for my seafood broiled dry. They got all flustered "what no butter" and no sides either. I had a salad with smoked salmon...who needs a carb side??

So I started wearing my third wedding ring today. I have two bands and an engagement ring. I wore the one band all along then the other day switched to the band and engagement ring that are sodared together. They fit so today I tried to put the third one on. TA DA they all fit together. No painful fat pushing up over the ring.

My mom also told me today on the phone that she meant to talk to me after seeing me on Sat. to tell me that I looked good and she could see the weight loss and it was more evident in me then in DH who has lost more. My mom rocks. I'm trying to talk her into MF. She is on WW now and doesnt do well with it.

I think I am going to do 6&0 tomorrow. Tom is going biking after work and I have no kids to cook for. I think I will do 6&0 and make something for Tom and his friend to have when they get back.

Tis enough rambling now.

Tonight Tom and I went to walmart. It was after we had walked for 45 minutes and I had energy all day, so I was feeling really good. We were going to get things my sister needs for her party and cant find down where she lives. So we were wandering around and I was looking for a book to read for the rest of the week while the kids are gone. We kept running into these 3 teenage boys. Like 15ish. So it seemed every corner we turned they were there and in our way. Well we went around from the books to the magazines and they were there. One of them was crouching on the floor and when I walked behind him he mooed. yup, he said it "MOOO" I walked up to Tom and told him. What did he do??? NOTHING!! No defending me or anything. He just looked at me.

I feel like total crap right now. What good is it to lose weight if I am still where others see me as a cow? I am so disappointed in Tom for not saying anything. Not just to the kid but he didnt even try to try make me feel better. I want to crawl under a rock.

Ohh Girlfriend!! **HUUUGSSS** I have been there...done that!
I would venture to say that Tom really didnt know what to say. I know Craig would be afraid anything he said would make me feel worse.
As for the kid..well he is immature and doesnt count for anything.

You are doing Great. You are doing this so YOU can feel better and look better. Once you get to goal you will look back and know that You Made It! You did it! I know you will.
I know that kid saying that hurt but you are strong and will wake up tomorrow feeling good again knowing that you are on your way to goal!!

Just read back in the two previous posts and those Happy Feelings are what you need to focus on!

If you need anyone to talk to while the kids are gone my IM is always on!

YAY @ your Mom's comments! That is awesome.
I am poroud of how well you did with your L&G's the past few days. I need lessons as I had an awful day today with food!

I will soo letcha know when we start looking for bikes. I am glad Tom was surprised and liked his present!
