I finally got around to posting some before pictures, and let me tell you what a joy it was looking at them! Hoo-boy I looked bad. Bad. The great news is that as of this week, I have lost 50 pounds on Medifast and I will take a current picture this evening and post it so as to awe and inspire! :lol:

My before pictures were taken about a year ago around my top weight of 265.

Building a raised front flowerbed. Check out my home improvement skills! Check out those arms, jeez!

Watering the new plants. I have no idea about my facial expression, Everett says that is my "concentration face". Watering must be hard. :lol:

What I notice most about the before pictures above is how HUGE my face and arms look. It is nice to look back and see how far I have come though.

Cant wait to see the now pictures. When I read this first I thought it said "wearing the new pants" not "watering the plants" lol

Check you out! All "professional " working with the level! :D It looks like your hard work payed off....your flower bed is beautiful! Your hard work at M.F. must be paying off too! 50 lbs. is awesome! :bravo: Can't wait to see the recent pics! :D

WOWZA! You look great! What a difference! I was looking at your recent pic and I noticed the coincidences between the two of us. We both carry our weight the exact same way, we're both 36 yrs. young, both 5'7", and both have almost the same goal weight. Just an observation. Keep up the great work! Can't wait until I make it to the 50 lbs. club! :D
