Now that I think I am cought up with your jurnal lemme say it sounds like we have the same mom. I think its because they are jealous. My mom is over weight and doesn't do a thing about it. She has always told me I need to loose but I don't think she ever believed I could really do it.
I love your new look, you are truning into a real hottie! I am jealous you got to see Kenny, I soooooo love him. I saw him once with Tim McGraw...NICE!!!!! I will be going to see godsmack in 4 weeks, I am hoping to be in the low 170's by then.
I sure hope you start to feel better soon, strep is not a fun thing to go through.

Thanks so much y'all..today I am actually feeling better for the first time in a few days!

Ohh Elke.. we may be long lost sisters! Yea my Mom is overweight too as is most of my family and it just amazes me that they are the least supportive ones to me when I am at least attempting to get healthy again!
Anywho.. I have come to realization that my hubby, friends, my sis and my pals here are who I need!

I loved Kenny..it was the first time I had seen him and I will be going back next yr! (at a MUCH smaller size too) When I went we were buying tshirts and my Sister said hmm you dont wear a large and I said I know but I refuse to buy anymore XL or XXL's so if I have to wait a few more months before I can wear it so be it LOL

OIhh now I am jealous at Tim McGraw! I love love love him! I wanted to see him & Faith last month but we were outta town. I am hoping next time I can see him.

I'm glad you're doing better. The last time I had strep (and this was YEARS ago, thankfully), I seriously thought I was going to die. I've never been so miserable in my life.

And that's great about your sister. So I wonder what your mom will have to say about the program once your sister starts succeeding. I bet all of a sudden it'll seem like a much better idea.

Thanks Ladies! I am back to normal today finally!! Yea strep always kills me and I get a few times a year
My order came in this morning so I have RTDs again YAY!

My sis is going to place her order on the 1st! I am soo excited.

I cant express how glad I am to be "back in the game" even though I wasnt way out in left field I guess cause I felt so bad it just wasnt happening! I guess we will see how I do at the next weigh-in!

Oh and tomorrow I am gonna go lay in the sauna for a little while..if I like it I am gonna do it once or twice a week I think!

I get strep frequently too and now my son does too.

I cant believe you like the RTD, I'm getting ready to disown you LOL. I hope the program works as well for your sister as it has for you. Should be interesting to see what happens when you both show your mom how much you have lost.

I hopes it works too(Shay if you see this you know I am not being mean) I am worried about her sticking to it as her hubby isnt being very gung-ho when we have talked about it LOL I am hoping he will see it works for her as it has for me..especially since they have been trying to have a baby but she has PCOS..so I am hoping this helps that as well as getting her healthy again!

I talked to her today and she is working on the internet at home so she can chat with us! You will love her!

I have PCOS too and I know from experience that weight loss will help you conceive. We struggled for a couple years and the doctor basically told me that the weight was holding me back. Back then I used WW to lose the weight but he was right as soon as the pounds came off my symptoms got better and I was able to conceive on my own. This isnt true for all women with PCOS because there are many out there that are thin but for those of us that are heavy the weight loss does help.

Well at least she has you if her husband isnt into MF and I think once he does see how well it works he will jump on board.


Again...RTD??? EEEWWW. I love the convenience but the taste just doesnt do it for me.

Even ice cold they gag me, I have to drink them down as fast as I can and not inhale because the smell skeeves me.

I am behind her 100% as well...well until she loses more then me then I will have to disown her. LOL.

Ok I am elated to report that after a week of yuck I am down 33lbs. I have been on plan for 2 whole days now.. no more chicken soup for this gal LOL

I havent had time to get to the suana but I am soo ready to go relax lol. I have actually had a busier than normal week which is good for $$ but bad as it seems some days I work from sunup tp sundown!

I am going to start a thing here in my journal @ things I have learned while on MF.

1. I have learned that evenings are much better without heartburn. I had chronic hb before MF but I was thinking last night that I havent had it in over 2 months!

2. Not everyone will support you as you thought but the ones who do support you are the ones who count.

3. I have always been a nail biter(and I mean my WHOLE life) I have not nibbled once since June 15th and I had my first official manicure(NOT acrylic nails) this week--I loved it!!

Ohh Sista--no need to fret, I can bet I wont get too far ahead of ya by any means! I actually didnt believe it but I guess the non-movement was mostly me needing more water!

Ok I was showing a friend of mine around tonight at extrapounds.com and we were looking at the BMI chart. I entered my info and she yelped and pointed..it said I was Overweight! However I am confused because it says my BMI is 32.8 then at the bottom is says Obese is 30+ I tried it 3 times then even did it on my computer when I got home thinking hers was outta whack and it showed the exact same thing. I have been too afraid to get excited about it since it kinda contridictes itself

I was checking out eye wear today as I need new glasses as well as contacts and I can actually wear way more than I used to could. I guess my face has shrunk some. I have to go in the morning so we will see if I can find some cool ones! I am sick of the ones I have now!

I am elated that I am almost in the 200's as opposed to the 210's, 220's, 230's and 240's!!

I noticed my arms have more jiggles now.. so I guess I need to get to work with some bands or something soon!!

OH!! I got my estimate back from my consult with the plastic surg. It was cheaper than I was counting on so I am excited and have started my Fund Jar!!
