How tall are you? I put in 5.7 and it says 32.9 and it says obese over 30. Odd. Its just an idea tho, it doesnt take a lot into account such as age and muscle mass.

Oh are you sending me plastic surgery??? I could use some work ya know. After I got my eyebrows waxed the other day I told my friend I need botox for the wrinkles between my brows. She thought I was nuts.

My glasses are loose now too that is so funny. I am due for new ones in March though.

OMG!! I had to get fitted for new glasses today because mine keep slipping off --*Checkmark*

I am 5'7 as well-- I think my thingy is off or something. I even tried it this morning and it says the same. I am not gonna jump or down until it is below 30

Ya wanna have surg with me? I am sure they give Family discounts!!When I get where I'm going*attempts not to break out in song and fails miserably* I am gonna do the tuck and lift. *Which reminds me of Legally Blonde--Bend and snap  *

I dont have any aspirations for botox yet..but who knows!
I think I am delirious today!

Beeennd and snap. LOL I love that movie.

I need a tuck, a lift and lots of skin taken off. Have you ever seen those shows where people get a full body lift? They basically are cut completely around the middle and the extra skin pulled up/off and reattached. It is gross looking. We could never afford for me to get any done.

Hi there Jeepster, glad you're feeling better!

So if you don't mind my asking...how much is the "lift" part gonna run you? I think when I'm done I'm going to need one. I used to have the perfect perky pair. And then I gained 70 lbs. :^( and they started to make a run for the border! Now that I'm losing and they are starting to deflate a litlle they are looking sort of sad! They're okay in a bra, but w/o one, not so hot.

My friend got the tuck and lift and also her thighs done. She had lost about 150 and had skin that would not shrink back. She's still losing and lookig good now. Her surgery totaled almost 10K.

Oh I dont mind it at all...right now the estimate for the lift itself is 6500 but with the tuck too it is @ 12k but I am not sure how it is elsewhere in the country. I have always had large boobs and if ya combine breastfeeding 2 within 17 months then all the weight gain they are helpless  I will be glad to be able to wear regular bra again! I am hoping my thighs wont need any work but I know my belly will.

So your friend had it done before she lost all her weight? I am having mine done afterwards just to be on the safe side.

Thanks for the well wishes--it is great to be feelign good again!

I hate my lower belly too! I would kill for a tummy tuck!

I had a breast reduction in 1995- the best decision of my life!

I had a reduction the same year!! And yeah, my only regret is not doing it sooner.

As for the lower belly, I'm SO with you guys on that. I'm working on improving it with exercise, though. No more surgery for me, unless I need it.

Reginia,
My friend had lost like 150 and had about 20-30 more to go to be a real cutie patootie. But she wanted to take a break from the major dieting and let things settle for a while before she tried to hit that last 30 lbs. She is tall and has a large frame (I mean that in the best possible way) so it was sort of a question as to how much more she would lose at that point and look proportional. She had mega stretch marks and the weight loss left her with a big crinkly belly monster that lapped down and flappy skin on her inner thighs. She really couldn't feel good about herself until she had it done. She wanted to get back out into the dating world after having been divorced a couple years earlier and wasn't comfortable exposing the belly monster to anyone who hadn't been with her a long time. She's real happy now, and her scars are flattening out so that's a good thing. I haven't seen her boob scars. I understand they go around the areola and then down the lower part of her breast like a lollipop design, sort of. She also has scars in the crease of the breast but I don't think I'd have to have that scar if I get it done. Anyway thanks for the info. I was kinda hoping the lift would be cheaper. As I'm losing, there's less and less to lift! But I was really feeling good about myself and then went to try on some new push-up style bras. Yuck! Big mistake! Those dressing room mirrors are not at all kind. I discovered flappy bits sort of like the stretched out parts of boobs way back under my arms toward the back. Nasty!...

It is weird as I have never considered an actual reduction--I guess they grew on me all these years..it is the sagginess that makes me gag and that is what I want to get some help on.

I have started working on my arms so that they wont be wings when as I lose more! I am hoping the walking is gonna help my legs but the Dr already told me nothing short of surg is gonna help my belly. As chicken as I am about going under I am looking forward to this!

Thanks for letting me know about your friend. I like to hear success stories. The price varies even here from $2500 to $12000 so it all depends on the Dr and such I am sure.

Oh and LOL @ the bra shopping..yea I dread that!

Okay, so I have to chime in here. One of my good friends just had a breast reduction and tummy tuck. She still needed to lose about 40 pounds but her doctor told her she could do the tummy at the same time. She looks amazing. It's only been about 2 weeks, but those boobies are perky ( she went from a G to a full C or D, they aren't real sure yet) and her waist looks amazing. They also did lypo so that made a big difference too.
THe reduction was covered by insurance so she just had to pay for the tummy tuck.

Having any kind of cosmetic surgery is so normal these days. Like going to the Dentist..haha. Almost at the same time I had another friend get a face lift...

I wouldnt mind a reduction/lift with the tuck. I dont know how people afford it though, We could never pay that much money and I seriously doubt ins will cover it.
