Jo: I really appreciated what you wrote about accepting that your parents would not change and about expectations. I have learned SO much about that very thing in the past several years. OMG, you don't even know. Your DIL is so lucky to have you. My MIL has provided me with more nurturing, acceptance, and unconditional love in the last 18 years than both of my parents combined have offered in the 44 years of my existence.

But it is what it is, and that's all it is and that's all it ever will be. So, Reginia, take it where you can get it honeychile. I know how tough it can be for that little girl inside who wants her mommy, but it sounds as though your ILs are great, and your twin sis, and US! We think you are doing a fantastic job and that you look INCREDIBLE! Because you are and you do.

YAY Nova! I was actually looking at my DL the other night and said ..Hmm it doesnt expire for 3 more yrs but in about 8 more months I may "lose" it so I can have a new one taken

Oh Heavens Robin~I am making sure that my kids are raised in a total different way than I was for sure! They are my world along with their Daddy and they will always be aware of that. Heck this morning Emma cried all the way to school cause she wanted to be able to stay home with Eli (he has a fever and a cough) and I had to promise her that when she gets sick I will make sure he goes to school

ok I officially suck.
I have had the worst 24hrs. I have been sick and that has made me feel fat and awful. I ate my MF meals yesterday then had 2 (Not 1 but 2) FF String Cheese sticks last night and I had a chocolate turtle from the Fudge Factory! Hellooo I dont even crave chocolate anymore.
Arrgghh.

I went to bed late so I am tired this morning but have not strayed. I feel a tad better today so I am hoping that this cold is getting better and that in turn will help my fat feelings.

Oh on a positive note--I will be placing an order for my Sis on the 1st for a month of MF! YAY she is gonna join us! I am trying to get her to register here cause I know it will help way more than just I can, so we will see!

Well I think I am gonna attempt to take a nap since it is raining here. I will be back later!

Sorry you arent feeling well. Dont worry about the string cheese. Remember I told you I had some last week? I ate 3 of them in place of one of my MF (shhh dont tell on me) and they didnt effect my weight at all.

Tell your sister if she registers we can be triplets lol.

Feel Better chicka, My sister in law and my youngest niece are moving here from Valdosta, GA I can't wait for her to get relief from that rain I swear she won't call me during rain storms because of but it seems to rain every day there! Get better and keep shaking, I swear by MF when it comes to being sick because the first time I was on MF i started feeling achy & sick and I stuck to my supplements and even had an extra one a day and I never became fully sick! So you get better and keep shakin...

Thanks Nikki.. yea the rain has been awful here..but at least it is better than the drought we have been in. The pat few days the storms have been worse than normal..it seems like Spring @ here!

I have been feeling pretty good my almost 3 months on MF and I love it! I believe I have Strep now. Thats what it feels like. I am going to the Dr tomorrow for a check because when I get Strep I get it bad!!

Well I am still hanging in there sorta. I do have strep and it knocks me for a loop each time so I have been in bed mostly. Too bad my rest days only come when I am sick I have watched some chick flicks though so that is a good thing outta all this.

However I am staying away from the scale until I am 100% better.
I havent been 100 % onplan as I have been eating some soups and such but I am not gonna worry cause it has made me feel better!

Oooh, I hate strep. I've had it several times and it's horrible. I sympathize with you and send wishes for a speedy recovery!
