The apple cinnamon crisps are pretty good too. I think you will be fine. two handfuls is not so bad! (And those chips ARE good)

Ah. Well, yeah, the crisps don't work as well if you don't actually have them WITH you. Ha.

Given the circumstance, it sounds like you did the best you could. Progress, not perfection, right?

Ok I am back on track again.

I am finding out that mid-day I do better if I eat every 2.5 and dont wait till 3hrs have past. Otherwise I get kinda queasy it seems.

We went to Capt. D's and they now have Low-Cal Fare. I had the Fish with Broccili and it was better than I thought!

Was trying on some jeans earlier and my 20's are now getting lose. When I started I was in 22's and they fall off now YEA!

Hubby squeezed me in passing this morning and said my hiney feels smaller... I don't know if he was being serious or messing around but it sounded good to me LOL

I measured about a week and half ago so in another week I will measure again and see what it says!

Yeah, I think I usually eat every two to two and a half hours during most of the day, then go a little longer after dinner. I get hungry otherwise.

And sounds like you're doing great! I love it when the pants fall off!!

Welp today has been a rollcoaster ride for me.

I woke up late so we had to rush to get to swimming lessons on time. However I did get my shake in before we left.
Then I came home and have been working like crazy so I can watch nanny McPhee with the kids in a few. BUT I was cutting them some cake for snack(Craig normally cuts it but he is gone this afternoon) and I licked the icing off the fork!
Oh it was yummy but I was immediately nauseous frm the "how could I" thoughts.

Not a major fall but I felt bad.. I guess that is a plus in meaning I know I am gonna be successful at this no matter what!!

Oh and my lb I gained is gone plus .5 more woohooo

Well just wanted to update myself while I had a few mins. I will be checking in with everyone later!

I knew it'd drop right off. Don't sweat the icing, either. I think in the beginning we all do stuff like that without even thinking about it. I even did it when I was making brownies a month or two ago. Finger was in my mouth before I even realized it.

Hi

Postby dede4wd » June 27th, 2006, 2:38 pm

Yup,
Don't sweat the frosting...we all did it! I can't even count the number of times I'd realize I had something in my mouth on about the 3rd chew and spit it out. It takes a while to re-train ourselves! I think you're doing GREAT!

Yea I will show them

Well I am in the 220's now..229.4 to be exact. :D It has been awhile since I was in the 220's and I know I wont be here long.

Today was a tough day. We have satellite internet and it went down last night. The service dept of the provider said it would be 2-4 weeks before anyone could come out. Hellooo we work from home and IT service is a must have. I spent the morning on the phone with all sorts of ppl then 2 hrs at the library checking emails and stuff.
So I get home call our local dsl prov and set it up so that we will have at least something. I go about changing the connections in our network and happened to look down and my sat service was working again!!

I guess the wire was pinched or something...

so needless to say a stressful day turned out for the good in the end.

Oh and I figured out that brocc and grilled chicken mixed together is good LOL

Hey Robin--Good to see ya!

I think I am doing pretty good. I have been busy getting ready for our parade in the morning but I am getting everything in. I did have FF String Cheese earlier because I was out and about with nothing and it was closing in on 4 hrs without anything. Hopefully that wont knock me too far off base.

Tomorrow will be pretty good I am hoping!! I am taking a shake with me in the cooler so I should be all set.

One thing that is odd though is the first week I was on MF I had a weird taste in my mouth but I havent had it the past few weeks. I am still losing so I am guessing it isnt a allthetime thing.

A slight metallic taste indicates ketosis, so it could be that.

As for the cheese, it could have been worse. I try to always carry a bar with me for emergencies. Or you can freeze an RTD or two and take them with you. They'll defrost and be nice and cold when you're ready to drink them.
