I have been hanging around on this board for a couple of weeks now (3 to be exact) and have found it so inspiring! When I start feeling down at work about my weight, etc I can just come and it makes me feel better about the fasting and losing weight.
Although I am starting a little closer to my goal weight than some of you guys, I deal with so many of the same thoughts, questions and problems! It can be really hard to get excited about one pound a week but when I think about the cumulative lost and how much closer I am to my goal, it really does help.
Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello!
