Hey everyone! I'm Ash, I'm 21 from NY and have 100ish pounds to lose! I stumbled on this site, and think its great!

The only thing this forum is NOT good for is beating you down :3head: which is a good thing cuz WHO here hasn't been beat down enough in life?

Welcome, Ash! :wave: This forum is great. I've been around for about two weeks, and have been Medifasting for 5 days. I credit this site with inspiring me to make a big change in my life, and I am happy to continue to see lots of new people showing up.

Take my word for it, there are a lot of amazing people here....and the answer to just about any and every question! :yay:
