Thanks for such warm welcome.

I got my mix'n'match medifast products yesterday. I am so excited to start on it today. I plan on the following menu:

7:30 am -- Shake
10:30 am -- oatmeal
1:30 pm -- shake
4:30 pm -- bar
7:00 pm -- L & G
9:00 pm -- Pudding

And ofcourse 64 ozs of water throughout the day!

Howz that? Please let me know if you see anything wrong with my little schedule here.

Hi Soni!

Congrats on the receipt of your order, always so exciting to me. i think your schedule looks just fine. the one thing I might recommend is that you include more water. I know it seems like a great deal but your body LOVES it and it greatly assists in your weightloss. just something to keep in mind.

Best luck with the first three or four days, sometimes they can be very challenging but after you get through them it is smooth sailing from there on.

Soni--I am so excited for you! Looks to me like you have everything figured out. If you need to go ahead and space your meals closer together and don't forget you can have a MF legal snack if you need it and you may especially the first few days!

Soni,

Your schedule looks fine but just try to be flexible. My first couple of days were pretty rough and I had way more than the 64 oz of water and two extra MF items, as well as a MF snack. I thought I was going to lose my mind, but after a couple of days I was fine.
