Today is a new day!! DH and I have talked until the cows came home, and I'm feeling much better now (or was it the shopping spree, yesterday? Hey, a new handbag never hurts any situation ~ LOL). You all made such wonderful sense in your posts, and I'm so grateful for your taking the time to share your feelings with me.

Dear Ark, when the Lord closes one door, He opens another. And, for the jerk, who pulled a self-centered and low nasty on you, the Lord will take care of that issue, as well. That co-worker is about to fall onto his own face, for what goes around, comes around.

Your goodness, compassion and beautiful care and concern, will lend itself to your future patients who will be forever grateful to you, and always remember you as the nurse who carried the true spirit and love of Nursing, within her. Bless you, Ark.

I'm finally catching up and found this post again. Ark I'm so sorry to hear what happened with the Akron job. That guy is a jerk; no two ways about it. I'm sorry you have to stick around in Cleveland when you both wanted to move, but I hope you find joy and even better opportunities as you move forward with your new job.

If you somehow go to the Ingenuity Festival downtown tomorrow, maybe I will get to meet you! I am working at my company's storefront from 2:30-4:30.

Ya know, Ark.....Cleveland is a neat city, IMHO. You've got the RocknRoll Hall of Fame, all of those neat guitars, Putin Bay, the waterfront, an absolutely wonderful shopping mall......oh wait, I take that all back....you have the Browns, ewwwwww. j/k of course

Oh Ark, I just read your latest. I honestly thought this thread was in the past until I read about "your friend". How brutal! I'm so sorry. Sounds like your doing well though, thank goodness for wonderful husbands, right?
