Inches Gone!

Been kinda in a funk for various reasons and even though I feel I am doing good staying on plan the scale hasnt been moving much the past few weeks. I was fine since it wasnt going back up so I wasn't freaking out yet LOL

HOWEVER~~~This morning I did my monthly measuring and added it my log and I am proud to say that since June 20th*1st measure* I have lost a total of 12.7 Inches!!

This has reaffirmed any little nagging thought in my brain that I wouldnt be successful at this. I Love MF!! :D

Wow. That's awesome!!! You'd better get the other stuff straightened out, though. Your hubby's gonna be chasing you around the house!!

Those new numbers sure are great!!! Congratulations! :D They say that our measurements can change, even though the scale doesn't. You proved it, good for you!!! :D :D

Congrats!!! I'll have to do that and measure myself and see if I've lost any inches. My scale has only gone down four pounds this month and I've been in a little funk about that too.

I've noticed that again and again. The scale doesn't seem to move much but the inches come off. And then sometimes the scale is moving but our clothes seem to fit the same. I think it's just our bodies adjusting. What is true though is if you are very compliant and just keep on going...it all evens out...inches gone and scale moving right along. :mrgreen:
