Inches GONE=Fun for All

Postby LeeannNH » September 10th, 2005, 10:27 am

hi guys

i decided to finally do a inches check. after i lost 15 pounds i measured myself after reading about it on here. it was frightening when i saw those numbers. UGH

i wanted to share this because:
1. it is an awesome motivator
2. it gave me a realistic view of my loss
3. the scale isn't everything
4. medifast works---just measure yourself!

here are the parts i measured after doing some research from body-building sites, health/weight loss books:
1. neck
2. shoulders (arms should be down at your sides, wrap the tape all the way around your back)
3. chest
4. waist (smallest part, when i first did this there was no such section so i measured just above my belly button)
5.hips
on these keep a record of each, i was surprised that they were different measurements on me):
6. right and left biceps
7. right and left triceps
8. right and left thighs
9. right and left calves

i know this sounds like alot of measurements, but it really gave me a sense of what my entire body was doing.

since starting medifast i have lost a total of 39.25 inches. oh my goodness!!!!!

i have also lost over 50 lbs. or should i say, gotten rid of that weight!

anyway, i wanted to share this info cause you guys are awesome and i am soooooo excited!!! i hope this helps add to the fun of medifast success, it sure made it a great motivator to me and gave me a real boost of confidence!!

everyone have a great rest of the weekend

 Oh, wow! Can you believe this girl?

She has lost more than a yard of inches!

She has lost a meter!

Isn't this fabulous?
Don't forget, we have a little Excel file that you can dowload and use to chart your poundage and inch loss results...

Here's a link to it and the thread that follows..
