Even with the 6 packets and the bar, your caloric intake is still very low.
If you had 6 of the 55 shakes and a Caramel Nut bar you'd have only 710 calories. If you had any combination of the soups puddings, oatmeal, etc plus a Caramel Nut (They are the highest in cals and carbs) bar, the highest amount you'd consume on the "Katie B 6 & 1 & 0 Plan" is 830 cals/day.
Remember, full fasters need to be under the direct supervsion of a physician...
