You know what I just relized. I am on the Complete Fast. I thought you could have 6 supplements plus 1 bar a day. Thank god I read these Boards They are great. You learn so much from these boards. Every time you think you are under control you read a new thread and it helps you that much more. :shock:

No you are not an idiot!!! Look at it this way since you are doing the complete fast you should be just fine as far as calories go!!!

katie,

I am on full fast and I did the first weeks with 6 supplements + 1 bar too :)

Then I went down to 6 supplements no bar, and I just feel great :D

Oh, and I lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks with the bar!

Don't worry, you didn't do something as bad as empty a bag of chips :)

Hi, Katie ~

Even with the 6 packets and the bar, your caloric intake is still very low.

If you had 6 of the 55 shakes and a Caramel Nut bar you'd have only 710 calories. If you had any combination of the soups puddings, oatmeal, etc plus a Caramel Nut (They are the highest in cals and carbs) bar, the highest amount you'd consume on the "Katie B 6 & 1 & 0 Plan" is 830 cals/day.

Remember, full fasters need to be under the direct supervsion of a physician...

Not to worry Katie, as you have seen everyone tell you! In the beginning of the program, if we are struggling, it is recommended that we add another MF product to curb the urges to cheat. I think what you did is just fine! Just dont add extra bars and you have not done any damage. Also, now you have allowed your body to adjust to its new and healthier program and can gradually cut out that 6th supplement if it is what works for you!
