I have become a victim of identity theft and it SUCKS!!!! Be careful with your information. shred all your bills before discarding. Lock your cars and don't give out info on the internet.

We're very careful even though if someone DID steal our identity, they couldn't even get a deparment store credit card with our scores! I'm sorry you've had to go through this. It is a nightmare and something to always be aware of in this day and age.

They broke into my car and stole everything. 
I am soooo mad. I have talked to the FTC, and the police, as well as Equifax and there is pretty much nothing more I can do at this juncture. I just have to wait for my credit to be further impacted. It is so irritating because I have to take soooo many steps to prove who i am so I don't get any more credit cards. Yet to get one, it is sooooo easy. One would think that it would be the other way around!!!
