Howdy everyone on MF or people lurking around the corner to get in the MF boat!

Looks like I'm almost to it, gone where I thought I would never go. Healthy, like I never have been.

Just for the record, you can search the forums for old pics of me. I will spare them in this thread (except one before-pic) :)

Enjoy this and use it as a source of inspiration! By the way, I decided to introduce you to my lil family (cats & girlfriend) :D

My GF and I have our own cat. Here is a picture of mine (he's real cute, but... huh... fat... when will we have MediFast for Cats???):

I am currently at 172.4, 12 pounds from the final goal. I do feel so good to have done MF, and people are already starting to get on the program around me.

Please post any comment, question, encouragment. Those who posted know what they are worth, and those who didn't post yet... I greatly encourage you to do so!!

I truly do feel like a success story now!

What an inspiration!!!!! You are .5lbs lighter than me, and you look fantabulous!!!!!

I had to giggle 'bout your cat! My mom's cat weighs in at an astounding 28lbs.... He loves to lay on your chest and drool! It's hilarious!

Keep going... you have done wonderful! It's people like you that keep me going! Great job!

Way to go Hyperion!!! You look great and tell your girlfriend she has nothin to be shy about..she's a cutie! That cat looks a lot like our cat , callie..No idea what she weighs but she is a furball. :lol:

Excellent!!! What a difference!! Way to go...

I love the picture of your kitty.. what is it with tiger cats being porkers?? My white and yellow tiger is HUGE and his sister(a calico/torti) is a tiny petite little thing.
