Actually, it's the second time. I've always been obese (as long as I can remember).
I first lost 60 pounds when I was 18 by doing only exercise and redesigning my meals. It took much more time (3/4 year), but I must admit this was the best solution at that time (I was more active).
When I met my GF, I began to grow horizontally

Don't think I put the fault on someone else. I was still the problem there

However, to make a long story short, I went from 238 to 180, then in 3.5 years, I went back to 264. This time, I will not fail as I realize maintenance is actually what requires the most attention. I have three magic words:
- Exercise
- Three BALANCED meals a day
- Exercise
I guess we'll see how I do once I kick this maintenance plan!
