You're absolutely right, that can be what it takes to help people get there. I've prescribed it a couple of times to people who just seem to have that nagging hunger. Those people are few and far between but have the answer to help.Amber wrote:Hi Stacie,
Unlike the others I did get hungry while doing the 5&1. I was doing everything by the book but still had that gnawing feeling. On those days I would add a shake, space meals about 2-2.5 hours apart. While it is not the prescribed MF plan (& may have slowed my weight loss a bit), having a little extra also kept me on MF and heading towards my goal.
